Description:

This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath and 2 half bath, Reverse Living home has been updated in almost every aspect. It is located less than a mile from The Village and just a mile from SHARC. This conveniently located vacation home is ideal for your next family getaway. With 2 Living Areas and a Hot Tub, plus foosball in the garage, the fun and relaxation are waiting for you!

Level 1:
Walk in through the front door and you'll be welcomed by a mud room with bench to sit and kick off your shoes and hooks for your coats. Straight ahead are the stairs and to the right is the downstairs family room.

The family room has a pull-out sleeper sofa and a love seat. A classic woodstove can warm up your bones or the door leads out to a deck with stairs up to the Hot Tub if you're interested in a soak. The Smart TV will get you signed in to your favorite streaming service for a chance to wind down.

Down the Hall are two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed. In the hall there is a wet bar (Wine Fridge is out of order). Across from that is the Full Bath and at the end of the hall is the second downstairs bedroom with a Triple Bunk and an attached Half Bath.

Level 2:

Kitchen:
Head up the stairs from the entry and you'll find yourself facing the main living area with a hall to the right. The Kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, a four-burner glass stovetop, and open shelves for the plate ware.

Dining:
The dining table adjacent to the kitchen seats 6 in its natural state but has two leaves to expand it to 10, plus two can sit at the island.

Living:
The Living Area has a large, curved sectional and a Smart TV plus a gas fireplace to make your stay relaxing. The sliding glass door leads out to the deck with gas BBQ and of course the Hot Tub. Enjoy a meal outside or just kick back and enjoy the outdoors.

Bedroom 1:
The first Bedroom has a Queen Bed and closet and is located next to the Upstairs 3/4 bath with Shower.

Bedroom 2:
The second Bedroom also has a Queen and has a closet, an attached Half Bath, plus Smart TV.

Garage:
The garage has a foosball table to enjoy. It is not available for parking.

Laundry:
The Laundry Room is off the garage.

We did our best to open windows at night (although it was very Smokey outside from wildfires) and close them in the morning but it didn’t ever cool down very well. What a beautiful and fun place.

"Deer 11 May 25 – 27, 2024 Overall rating 5/5 We loved staying in Sunriver. What a beautiful and fun place. We loved that swim passes were included. The whole area is great. Our family loved the home we were in and if ever in Oregon again, would love to rent again. Very nice and loved the scenery, kitchen area, and that kids could sleep downstairs and not woken up by people upstairs. The only thing we were bummed about was that we were excited to use a DVD for our movie night but there wasn't an HDMI cable to hook the player to the TV. Wasn't the end of the world because we streamed one instead but just a little bummer. It was so nice to be able to cook food while traveling and not have to go out. "Deer 11 Mon, Nov 20 – Sun, Nov 26, 2023 Rating: 5/5 Fantastic house! The house was exactly as pictured. We loved the game collection as well as the bookshelf in the laundry room. My kids played Battleship together all week. The house had mostly everything I needed to cook a meal (utensils). The hot tub was relaxing after a day of playing in Sunriver. The beds were very comfortable. My family loved the close proximity to the village, and we used the SHARC passes everyday. Thank you for having us!
