Property Manager We are happy that you enjoyed the house and your stay in Sunriver! We apologize for the lack of trash pick up. We have been having an issue with our trash company here is Sunriver. We have called them multiple times and trying to find solutions to the issue, unfortunately it is out of our control. The owner does plan to update the mattresses and TV’s before the end of the year. We’re glad the house accommodated your active group. We look forward to your next visit! Property This place was great for our active group of 13 – 7 kids and 6 adults. We enjoyed hanging out outside on the deck and inside. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of utensils and extras. The showers were great! Stayed warm/hot through plenty of people showering in a row. Couple of minor issues: the trash didn’t get picked up so we didn’t have anywhere to put our kitchen trash for 5 days. The queen bed in the basement is very uncomfortable. It is creaky and like sleeping on box springs. Next time, a kid gets that bed! šŸ™‚
