Property Manager We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your snowy stay in Sunriver! Last year, when you stayed at Lark 4, the day before your arrival we received over 8 inches of snow. Unfortunately with the snow comes ice, no matter how hard we try to stop it 🙂 Come back and see us anytime! Property This property was in great location, very clean and welcoming. Property managers were welcoming as well we had a pleasant stay. Two draw backs to this property: first was an extreme ice build up on front steps: snow melt from the roof dripped on to front porch and made it very slick on front steps- even after removal build up returned very next day, keeping front step area was somewhat hazardous. second: Down stairs door access to deck needed hinges repaired for the ease of opening and closing this door. We would definitely return to this property.
