This charming home is close to the Village and has plenty of room to sleep 10 in a great space for your vacation needs. Love being outdoors? This vacation escape offers plenty of deck space with a propane BBQ, deck furniture for outside meals, and a spacious hot tub to relax in. For fun and games, you can head to the garage and play a game of Foosball or have a family ping pong match. There are 10 bikes including a tandem, a tagalong, a kid trailer, and 2 kayaks! Whatever your Sunriver vacation plans are this home is perfect for you!

Level 1:
The first primary bedroom is located downstairs and has a king sized bed with a bathroom connected to it and to the hallway.

Level 2:
Upstairs are three more bedrooms. From the hallway you can access the bedroom with a Queen Bed and the bedroom with a pyramid Bunk. Those two have a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects them.

The third bedroom requires you to walk through the bunkroom and down some stairs, that is the second Primary bedroom. It has a king sized bed in it as well and its own private bathroom connected.

For sleeping 10, there is an extra mattress complete with bedding for it in the home.

Living:
Walk into a spacious living area with great vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows that let in all the sunshine and light that Sunriver has to offer.

Kitchen/Dining:
Family dinners are a breeze when it comes to cooking in this fully stocked kitchen. The dining area has plenty of room for the whole crew with seating for up to 10. This home features all new and updated appliances.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests’ personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Pet Policy

Pet Fees: This home allows up to 2 dogs. Pets must be declared when reserving a vacation rental home. A fee of $20 per pet, per night will be charged, and some restrictions apply.

Pet Guidelines

1. If you leave your pet in the home while you are gone, please place your pet in a pet carrier so it won’t scratch up walls or trim if you will not be in the home.

2. Please make sure that your pet does not bark and disturb those around you.

3. Sunriver rules require that your dog be under effective voice control or on a leash at all times.

4. If you are walking along the bike paths, please be sure to pick up any mess your pet may leave behind.

5. Although we welcome your pet, others may rent the home that aren’t bringing pets. Please do not permit your pet to get on the bed coverings or the furniture.

6. Please walk around the perimeter of the home at your departure and dispose of any “pet doo” in the garbage.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking of any kind inside the vacation homes or condos.

The games and puzzles cupboard added to the home away from home vibe. Our group was very comfortable. Know that the linens are scented - not sure if we could have requested fragrance free. -- The linens are laundered, wrapped, and sent to us from a locally owned and operated professional laundry service company. "East Butte 14 Sep 8 – 13, 2024 Overall rating 5/5 This house is great for a family with 3 bathrooms so nobody has to ever wait. Plenty of hot water The stove is great for cooking. They had all the perfect selection of baking and cooking equipment that can accommodate any type of cooking. The oven is amazing Loved the furniture. Beds were quite comfortable. Lots of natural light. We had three families staying at this property, and the room/bed count was perfect for us. The house was clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was great! The kids loved having a basketball hoop, ping-pong table, table tennis, and extra bikes to play with. The location was perfect! We could easily bike or drive to the SHARC, parks, and the marina. Kudos to Cascara for being an excellent and accommodating host.

"East Butte 14 Jul 17 – 21, 2024 Overall rating 5/5 This was our second stay at this location. It accommodated us, two of our children and their spouses, and 4 of our grandchildren for a family getaway. Our third daughter and her husband and another grandchild slept in their Sprinter van in the driveway. The kitchen and second bathroom had been updated since our first stay so that was a plus. The hot tub also was new and very nice. Communication with Cascara was excellent. They checked in via text throughout, had the place ready right at 4:oo on check-in day, and responded immediately when we checked in about a slow drain shower. Many thanks for all of that. There were at least 10 bikes on site, of various sizes and capabilities along with a tag along for the youngest grandchild. There is a second fridge in the garage which is an excellent idea for vacationers in such a sizable home. All in all a very nice stay. Kudos to Cascara for being an excellent and accommodating host. "East Butte 14 Jul 13 – 17, 2024 Overall rating 5/5 This house was located close the the Village and SHARC. Fully equipped kitchen and had bikes for all ages. My only complaint to the person I was communicating with is that I asked specifically about herbs/spices and was told nothing was provided, In fact, the house had an abundant selection of herbs/spices however, we brought much more than needed for cooking. Also, I do not recall reading in the description that beach towels were supplied, so everyone packed in their own towels. Overall, this was a perfect spot for our 6 adults and two young children. Lots of games and TV programs available. We had a great time and was pleased with the house and all of the accommodations. Property manager response: As each home is privately owned, they are stocked with various spices per the owners, but we do not require them to do so. In order for every guest to enjoy their stay, we encourage that they bring things they will need and not be without. Thank you so much for staying with us! "East Butte 14 Jun 5 – 19, 2024 Overall rating 5/5 The house was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the eccentricity with one of the Master Beds beyond a pass through. We hosted all game nights, breakfasts, dinners, and enjoyed having family who lived locally stopping in many of the days. The area is beautiful, and we tried to use as many of the amenities that were available (bikes, ping pong table, pool, hot tub). We would rent again from this provider and this house, if the need arises in the future. "East Butte 14 Feb 9 – 11, 2024 Overall rating 4/5 This home worked well for our group. The teenagers had a blast playing games in the garage and walking or biking trails. Plenty of space for our group of 8 plus two doodles. The window seats were wonderful for quiet coffee in the mornings. Cascara did a great job describing the layout of the bedrooms which we were fine with. My only suggestions would be a refresh for the board games and bicycle tune ups! The bunk bed room and jack/jill bath and other bedroom was a hit with our family of 6 and the other family we came with stayed downstairs. Look ahead though, because if it's going to be in the 90s, you may want to bring an extra fan for the queen bedroom - the AC doesn't reach that room very well. The room is supplied with a fan, but we had a baby in the pack-n-play with the fan on them instead of us. [we'll supply an extra fan if contacted] The AC reaches the rest of the house perfectly though. Overall the house was clean, spacious, good location. And glad someone came out right away and fixed the drain, accordion doors off the track and toilet paper holder falling off the wall. We liked how you communicated via text a few times letting us know when it was getting close to our stay ending and the checkout procedure. It was a nice idea that you messaged at the end of our stay and asked if we wanted to extend it which we did for one day. We did have an issue with the family room TV remote note working, the TV in the first floor bedroom not being set up. When we told them about the family room remote, a service person did come and check it out, but the problem was not resolved. "East Butte 14 Mar 20 – 24, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 Public review Great little place for the week. Little smaller than I anticipated but worked for our group of 10 and two dogs. Place was clean and Kitchen had a lot of stuff we needed for cooking. Only thing we wish we would have known was the conjoined room upstairs. In order to get through to the upstairs master bedroom you had to walk through the bunk room. Outside of that nice little place for relaxing and exploring the area. The team at Cascara were communicative and incredibly helpful as we needed to adjust our visit. For anyone that's a first time visitor, it's worth noting that the house has Sharc passes for the very active local pool but does not come with access to the resort [owned] pools. Our stay at 14 East Butte was short but I was incredibly grateful for the communication and help in changing our reservation. The house itself was a great layout for two families to share and the amenities/sports equipment on site was fantastic. The setup at Sunriver is very confusing for a first-time visitor with the separation of Cove access and Sharc access - which I realize is well outside of your control - but it would be helpful for some clarity around staying in a resort area without access to the resort pools. The house is conveniently located on a quiet street, has bikes enough for everyone, two nice kayaks, ping pong, foosball, hot tub, a nice BBQ, two refrigerators, and a great living area. The kitchen is a bit on the small side, which seems to be par for the course in Sunriver. The only other drawback is that the (huge) master bedroom is located through the bunk room and not directly off the hallway. The master bath is very nicely updated. Great home; would absolutely return.

Even phone chargers, and everything worked. we always end up with a house at Sunriver with something (like a Jacuzzi) not working, but everything worked. everything was super clean, updated (bathrooms are new I think with gigantic showers), large new TV's in every room, basically all you can ask for. House is far enough from the main road. we have nothing to complain about and will try to get this house sometime in the summer. highly recommended (after staying at about 6 other houses at Sunriver to date).

It is 5 minutes by car away from Village Center where there are shops, bars, grocery store. Lots of trails for walking and biking close to the house. 20 minutes drive to Mt Bachelor and Bend. We will absolutely look into having some additional balusters, we want the home to be safe for guests of every age, especially the little ones! We hope to see you back here soon! ***UPDATE*** Stair railing balusters have been updated, they are now safer. Property This is one of the best homes we stayed in. The house was very clean and well stocked, definitely enough room to fit a large number of people and still had more room. The only recommendation we have, is to have additional balusters installed on the stair railings. We had a couple 1-2 year old children who fit right through the balusters. We had to rope the whole stair rails and add cushions for the children's safety.
