This amazing three-bedroom plus sleeping area, 2,963 sq ft home has an EV Charger, two dining spaces, and two living areas. This exceptional two-level home with basement is just off Circle 4 near Fort Rock Park. The home also includes a private hot tub, large private deck, bikes, and air conditioning and a Sauna. On the main level along with the kitchen, eating area, dining room, and living room with the 70″ 4K HDTV, is the perfect fireplace for you to unwind in front of after a long day in the snow.

Level 1:
Walking in you'll be greeted by a classic entry with the main Living Room ahead, the Primary bedroom to the left and kitchen, dining, laundry, plus 2 more bedrooms off to the right.

The Living Room boasts a 70" 4K TV with Streaming. Comfortable couches and a fireplace make it a wonderful place to be.
Behind the Living Room is a Pub-Height Dining/Game table that connects to the Kitchen.

The Kitchen has a new stainless double oven, updated counters and a desk for those pesky work needs. Cabinets abound so there's plenty of storage. At the end of the Kitchen is the main Dining area table with two benches.

Left of the entry, the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Flatscreen TV, Private En Suite with large tiled shower and a joined Sun Room.

Right off the entry and down the hall is the Laundry, Garage with Ping Pong, Full Bath with Shower/Tub, and two bedrooms plus the stairs down to the basement Sauna and stairs to the second floor loft living and sleeping area.

The second bedroom has a King bed with flatscreen TV.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a desk and flatscreen TV.

Level 2:
Upstairs has a large living area with Smart TV, Foosball, Wood Stove a bath with Shower/Tub, and a sleeping area with a Queen and a Twin bed.

Downstairs:
Downstairs in the basement is the Sauna.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

We had a memorable weekend with Family.

"Grouse 4 Sat, Jun 15 – Mon, Jun 17, 2024 Rating: 5/5 Relaxation The property was just as advertised but there were a few hidden gems. The back deck looks out to a private wooded area and then opens to a golf course it's quiet, beautiful to look out on and has a great easy to use BBQ. The house was wonderfully stocked with everything we could possible want. Plenty of towels(including hot tub towels), tons of extra blankets, fans for every room, AC, a wonderful fireplace in the living room to flip on in the morning to enjoy with coffee and a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything you could think of and I as large with new oven and dishwasher. The living room has comfy sofas and chairs and has alot of seating. We enjoyed the great 70 inch TV watching the US OPEN on Father's Day weekend. There are 2 dining room tables, a second living room upstairs with TV, fire burning Woodstove, foosball a full bed/bath. There is ping pong in the garage which is stocked with bikes, basketballs to take the short walk to the park to shoot hoops or play tennis. We absolutely loved this house! Thank you for sharing with us! We had a memorable weekend with Family.

You cannot beat the location on the Woodlands golf course and right next to Ft. Rock Park. Great house for dogs. The main living area and master suite were outstanding. "Grouse 4 May 26 – 29, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 What a great place for our large family! Many surprises that the description/photos didn't mention. Some beds are larger than expected, 2nd refrigerator and ping pong in garage, 2nd 4 person dining table outside...The home is clean, in quiet setting, and cozy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with many small appliances and spices. We loved the sauna and hot tub and the outside deck and open area are wonderful We would definitely recommend anyone needing extra space to rent this lovely home. A lot of care and thought went into providing what families would enjoy. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Our family had a great time here! We enjoyed having several spaces with three families including tens who could hang out together in the separate upstairs loft area. Slumber party every night! Nicely equipped home with lots of natural light, and plenty of space for all, at a reasonable price. We plan on staying again.

Very good property and layout for our family of 10. Lots of room and great kitchen. Conviently located in the resort with easy bike access to the village and Sharc facilities. Nice open area off the back porch with privacy because of golf course. The one draw back is the lack of cooling in the upstairs sleeping areas. Even with temperatures in the mid 70s the upstairs was really warm by bed time. Fans were provided, but we found the windows didn't open we'll enough to provide cooling. In the summers it must be a real problem!With that one exception we found the entire weekend enjoyable and would rent again if the cooling was situation was resolved.Thanks for your help

First of all, Amy was a delight to work with. She was instrumental in helping us select the perfect unit for our tribe of 3 adults and three 17-year-old boys. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The unit had a great room/kitchen area that was perfect for family get-together s, games, and meals. The boys loved their privacy in the bonus/game room with full bath and bedroom. The jacuzzi and sauna were appreciated by all. The house was clean and in great order. This home exceeded our expectations in cost and quality and usable space. We will stay here again. Thank you.

Great House Great Management, Our second time at Grouse 4 was perfect. Plenty of room for teen upstairs in their own gamin zone, with a living area and separate bedroom bathroom that sleeps 4 to 6 kids, with three bedrooms for couples downstairs. A great family gathering house, and Ft Rock park is a short walk away for the dog to rum around.

We stayed in 4 Grouse just before Christmas 2014 and really enjoyed the unit and its amenities. Unfortunately, when we visited in early June 2015 it was a little different story. Check-in was quick and easy. When we arrived at the unit the ping pong table had been removed. With a couple of 17 year old high school tennis players with us it was sorely missed. We were told the table was broken the prior week and would be replaced by owners after we left. Management offered Shark passes which went unused. The boys instead spent more time playing PS2 games which was not ideal. While perfect for 3 teenagers in winter, the upstairs in the heat of the summer was hard to cool and I would say uncomfortable. We also had a fuse issue. When 2 hair dryers were on at the same time pop went the fuse - twice. The maintenance person was there immediately and was very professional and patient identifying the issue. As always, we enjoyed the broad amenities of Sunriver - the Big Eddie for 6 was a blast, both the Meadows and Woodland golf course were fantastic, hiking and lots of tennis for the boys. After an "A" this winter I would give this visit a "C" largely due to the lack of the ping pong and inflexibility of ownership and management to replace it. Unit is well appointed, a great size for families, and enjoys a nice quiet location on 14th tee of Woodlands golf course.

Property The home was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed staying at the North end of Sunriver. It was very quiet and we liked that there was no one behind us. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything that we needed. A lot of reviews complain about the train but it didn't bother us. The snow was amazing this year. We had to do a little shoveling to get to the gas grill, being that we are from Florida it was actually fun. This is our 3rd stay in Sunriver and our 2nd ski trip, we can't wait to return. We would definitely rent the Ollalie 9 again!

Sauna, hot tub and ping pong table were all popular with our family group. This is a great central location adjacent to fort rock park. Behind one of the fairways too. Didn't explore either much, but would be great in summer. This is an older home and the style/decor are a little dated, but the kitchen is great, well stocked for a rental, and a great gas stove. And a huge master shower!

Love this house- big enough, for a couple groups- adults and kids- with two different dining table areas. Plenty of space to be together or get away from noise- it's a quiet location. There's a whole kid zone upstairs with several beds with TV and games. Close enough to the village with great walking in every direction. Fort Rock Park is a very short walk away for dogs or kids.

The kitchen was very well appointed.The large table was perfect for our large group, children were happy to watch TV and play games. I was very happy with Grouse 4. It was a very large house with a very good floorplan and a lot of room for people to sleep and socialize. The location was great, i liked how we had privacy outside in our backyard and there were woods between our house and the golf course. we loved the foosball and ping pong table and enjoyed relaxing in the hot-tub.

Located on a quiet loop with plenty of bikes our kids loved riding laps around the circle. It's also only about 1.5 miles from the river which makes for a great family ride. The house was perfectly situated near a great park and the backyard looks out on the golf course. As it was snowy, we felt like we had our own winter wonderland. The house was very spacious and was great for our party. We had three teenage boys that were on one end of the house and we stayed in the master bedroom on the other end. There was plenty to do to keep us busy, foosball, ping pong, hot tubbing and lots of games. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking gear we needed. It even had an instant pot that we ended up using. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

"Property The home was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed staying at the North end of Sunriver. It was very quiet and we liked that there was no one behind us. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything that we needed. A lot of reviews complain about the train but it didn't bother us. The snow was amazing this year. We had to do a little shoveling to get to the gas grill, being that we are from Florida it was actually fun. This is our 3rd stay in Sunriver and our 2nd ski trip, we can't wait to return. We would definitely rent the Ollalie 9 again!

"We stayed in 4 Grouse just before Christmas 2014 and really enjoyed the unit and its amenities. Unfortunately, when we visited in early June 2015 it was a little different story. Check-in was quick and easy. When we arrived at the unit the ping pong table had been removed. With a couple of 17 year old high school tennis players with us it was sorely missed. We were told the table was broken the prior week and would be replaced by owners after we left. Management offered Shark passes which went unused. The boys instead spent more time playing PS2 games which was not ideal. While perfect for 3 teenagers in winter, the upstairs in the heat of the summer was hard to cool and I would say uncomfortable. We also had a fuse issue. When 2 hair dryers were on at the same time pop went the fuse - twice. The maintenance person was there immediately and was very professional and patient identifying the issue. As always, we enjoyed the broad amenities of Sunriver - the Big Eddie for 6 was a blast, both the Meadows and Woodland golf course were fantastic, hiking and lots of tennis for the boys. After an "A" this winter I would give this visit a "C" largely due to the lack of the ping pong and inflexibility of ownership and management to replace it. Unit is well appointed, a great size for families, and enjoys a nice quiet location on 14th tee of Woodlands golf course.

" Great House Great Management, Our second time at Grouse 4 was perfect. Plenty of room for teen upstairs in their own gamin zone, with a living area and separate bedroom bathroom that sleeps 4 to 6 kids, with three bedrooms for couples downstairs. "First of all, Amy was a delight to work with. She was instrumental in helping us select the perfect unit for our tribe of 3 adults and three 17-year-old boys. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The unit had a great room/kitchen area that was perfect for family get-together s, games, and meals. The boys loved their privacy in the bonus/game room with full bath and bedroom. The jacuzzi and sauna were appreciated by all. The house was clean and in great order. This home exceeded our expectations in cost and quality and usable space. We will stay here again. Thank you.

" As usual we had a very nice stay in Sun River The weather was typical for summer with thunder and lightning and summer showers. This is our sixth time using Sunray and as usual, the crew was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Will be back again soon.

"Very good property and layout for our family of 10. Lots of room and great kitchen. Conviently located in the resort with easy bike access to the village and Sharc facilities. Nice open area off the back porch with privacy because of golf course. The one draw back is the lack of cooling in the upstairs sleeping areas. Even with temperatures in the mid 70s the upstairs was really warm by bed time. Fans were provided, but we found the windows didn't open we'll enough to provide cooling. In the summers it must be a real problem!With that one exception we found the entire weekend enjoyable and would rent again if the cooling was situation was resolved.Thanks for your help

"We enjoyed having several spaces with three families including tens who could hang out together in the separate upstairs loft area. Slumber party every night! Nicely equipped home with lots of natural light, and plenty of space for all, at a reasonable price. We plan on staying again.
