This amazing three-bedroom plus sleeping area, 2,963 sq ft home has an EV Charger, two dining spaces, and two living areas. This exceptional two-level home with basement is just off Circle 4 near Fort Rock Park. The home also includes a private hot tub, large private deck, bikes, and air conditioning and a Sauna. On the main level along with the kitchen, eating area, dining room, and living room with the 70″ 4K HDTV, is the perfect fireplace for you to unwind in front of after a long day in the snow.
Level 1:
Walking in you'll be greeted by a classic entry with the main Living Room ahead, the Primary bedroom to the left and kitchen, dining, laundry, plus 2 more bedrooms off to the right.
The Living Room boasts a 70" 4K TV with Streaming. Comfortable couches and a fireplace make it a wonderful place to be.
Behind the Living Room is a Pub-Height Dining/Game table that connects to the Kitchen.
The Kitchen has a new stainless double oven, updated counters and a desk for those pesky work needs. Cabinets abound so there's plenty of storage. At the end of the Kitchen is the main Dining area table with two benches.
Left of the entry, the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Flatscreen TV, Private En Suite with large tiled shower and a joined Sun Room.
Right off the entry and down the hall is the Laundry, Garage with Ping Pong, Full Bath with Shower/Tub, and two bedrooms plus the stairs down to the basement Sauna and stairs to the second floor loft living and sleeping area.
The second bedroom has a King bed with flatscreen TV.
The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a desk and flatscreen TV.
Level 2:
Upstairs has a large living area with Smart TV, Foosball, Wood Stove a bath with Shower/Tub, and a sleeping area with a Queen and a Twin bed.
Downstairs:
Downstairs in the basement is the Sauna.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests’ personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

For simplicity’s sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the Booking Channel fee, not ours.
