Description:
Come to visit beautiful Sunriver and stay in this great three-level, five-bedroom family home with extra sleeping area and updated features. This home is well suited for 12 people and can sleep up to 14. The home is full of windows to give you amazing panoramic views of Sunriver and the surrounding area while also giving you an open and airy feeling. This large home also features a wrap-around deck where you can enjoy a nice BBQ on the propane grill or a relaxing evening in the hot tub. Perfect for your vacation here in Sunriver!

Main Level:
On the main level of this home you will find an beautiful open area with a sitting area, living area, the Kitchen and Dining area, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full bath with Shower/Tub combo. The lava rock-faced fireplace is a classic Sunriver focal point.

Kitchen:
Off the living area is the galley-style kitchen that is fully equipped with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. This kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.

Downstairs:
There is a large living/entertainment area downstairs with a Pool Table and Smart TV. There are also two bedrooms: One bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a set of twin-sized bunk beds. For extra sleeping, the sectional in the Living area with its Ottoman doubles as a full-sized bed.

Upstairs:
Up the stairs are two more bedroom and an extra sleeping space. One the left at the top of the stairs is a primary bedroom. It has a king bed and a great sized walk-in closet and a connected Bathroom with Shower.

The other Upstairs Bedroom is at the end of the open hall and is connected to the Extra Sleeping area. The bedroom has a Queen bed and Smart TV, then there's a door and step down to a room with another Queen bed which is then connected by a door and step down to a bathroom with Shower.

EV Chargers: There are two EV chargers at the home: One in the garage and one outside. Please bring your own cord and any adapters that may be needed for charging.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests’ personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. good stay at house for a long weekend!

"Indian 3 Jan 26 – 29, 2023 Overall rating 4/5 Overall we had a good stay at house for a long weekend! The kitchen and common spaces were great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook group meals and plenty of room to move around. The large dining table was great, and we liked all of the seating available in the living room. The hot tub was great to come back to after being outside in the cold, and appreciated having lots of towels. Only downside were some of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. We could have used some extra or comfier blankets/pillows. One of the bathrooms was pretty out of date, and we had some issues with water temperature. We also missed the note about two of the queen bedrooms being connected (and having to talk through one to get to the other, including walking through to get to the bathroom), so that isn't ideal for a group of adults/couples. Location is great - loved how close we were to Mt. Bachelor, enjoyed Sunriver, and loved the walking paths nearby. Wonderful family home

The house was big with lots of space for everyone in our group. The back deck area was a wonderful place to hang out/eat dinner/let the kids run around. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you would need. The property management group was very responsive to any issue or question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

I know they can't always do it, but we were able to check usin a little early and accomodate your group which was great for a Friday afternoon after the drive from Portland. I know they can't always do it, but were able to check us in a little early and accommodate our group which was great for a friday afternoon after the drive from portland. If we do another group trip to sunriver, I'd definitely stay there again.

"05/23/2019--updated_date-- Property Manager The rental company was quick to respond and very accommodating even with a early check in. Property We came up for a group event and this house did not disappoint. Very spacious and mostly up to date. One wing seemed dated but is meant for kids to stay so shouldnt be an issue. Everyone who stayed with us enjoyed their rooms and the hot tub was a hit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a affordable fun place to spend a weekend.

Thanks for mentioning the parking situation, we will update the description to reflect there is no parking available in the garage. It seems that the instructions for the wood stove in the basement had gone missing. Since that stove pipe is 3 stories tall it does take some finesse to get it going, we apologize that you had an issue with it during your stay. It sounds like you enjoyed your stay overall and we hope to see you again soon! Property very good place to stay couldn't use garagedownstairs wood stove didn't work hot tab a little small and jets were weakliving space and layout are excellentbedrooms plentiful and worked out wellone of the upstairs bathrooms has a step down which can be tricky at night

Property Great place for a large family. Never felt crowded. Kitchen was stocked with better utensils and dishes than most rentals. Only main issue was the beds. They are not as comfortable as other rentals. Great for kids and dogs.

We have been having an issue with our trash company here is Sunriver. We have called them multiple times and trying to find solutions to the issue, unfortunately it is out of our control. The owner does plan to update the mattresses and TV's before the end of the year. We're glad the house accommodated your active group. We look forward to your next visit! Property This place was great for our active group of 13 - 7 kids and 6 adults. We enjoyed hanging out outside on the deck and inside. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of utensils and extras. The showers were great! Stayed warm/hot through plenty of people showering in a row. Couple of minor issues: the trash didn't get picked up so we didn't have anywhere to put our kitchen trash for 5 days. The queen bed in the basement is very uncomfortable. It is creaky and like sleeping on box springs. Next time, a kid gets that bed! :)

The layout of bedrooms allowed for a variety of uninterrupted sleep schedules. We never felt crowded in the spacious living room dining room area. We relied on the description found on line and were not disappointed. Loved the central air conditioning. The bicycles were in disrepair but everything else was perfect.

Hope to see you back soon :) Sunray Management Property We had 14 adults staying at 3 Indian and there was room for all. It is spacious and clean. Enjoyed every inch of space!The beds could use some updating. We also wished that there was room to put food away in the kitchen cupboards. By the time people brought enough food for 14 for a week we didn't have a lot of counter space left. But the kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could possibly need! Also we would suggest providing a second refrigerator for guests.Thank you for having a couple of card tables and extra chairs so we could all eat together for meals!We enjoyed bikes, breweries, tennis courts, quilt show, hot tub and floating the river. We all stated that if we came back to Sunriver we would stay in 3 Indian again!

"We are a multigenerational group who spend a lot of time in Sunriver, this was our first stay at this property. The house was big with lots of space for everyone in our group. The back deck area was a wonderful place to hang out/eat dinner/let the kids run around. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you would need. The property management group was very responsive to any issue or question we had. We would definitely stay here again.
