Description:
Located on the south side of Sunriver, just a short distance from shopping and recreation, this spacious and inviting home has a little bit of everything with a game table with an assortment of board games, bumper pool, and a ping-pong table in the garage. Outside the home relax under a large covered deck featuring a hot tub for those times you just want to put your feet up and wind down for the day. If you enjoy cooking and dining al fresco you can cook on the gas BBQ and there is plenty of seating for all on the deck. This home is a pleasant mix of updated and classic vacation home style, perfect for making your vacation memories in Sunriver. Parking for 6 in the driveway, and plenty of bikes for cruising around the 30 plus miles of trails.

Main Level:
Kitchen/Living/Dining:
The Kitchen and Living room in this home are the ideal places for people that love hosting. With more seating in the Living room then you will probably have bodies and recently updated amenities in the Kitchen. Everything you could desire to host a get together is in this home. The Dining table sits between the kitchen and the Living area. Off the living area is a game table for card or board games.

Bedroom:
The large primary bedroom is located on the main floor of the house with a King-sized style bed and an En Suite.

Upstairs:
The loft is located upstairs and houses a Queen sized bed as well as a full bath. The two upstairs bedrooms are located in rooms on either side of the loft with a Queen sized bed in one and a set of Pyramid style Bunk Beds in the other.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

"Lodge Pole 9 Jul 5 – 8, 2023 Overall rating 4/5 Overall great place for our family, the access to bikes, ping pong, and SHARC passes made it enjoyable. The only challenge was the thermostat — it seemed to not really cool the house well, but there were space fans and a ceiling fan to help circulate the air during the hottest parts of the day so it all worked out fine. A perfect spot

"Lodge Pole 9 Mar 25 – 28, 2023 Laurie User Profile Overall rating 5/5 My husband and I and our two college aged sons spent three days here over spring break. It was a perfect spot for us. Although the decor of entire place is like a blast back into the 1970s, it was extremely comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed (other than a streaming service). We enjoyed the hot tub, the poker table and the billiards game below the table. The house is very large so we were able to spread out and have a lot of privacy as well. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and utensils. We would have liked having some foil, saran or storage containers but we managed fine without. Great winter vacation spot

"Mon, Dec 26 – Sat, Dec 31, 2022 Rating: 5/5 Great winter vacation spot House was great and met our needs. We cooked a lot as food options in Sunriver can sometimes be spotty (more demand than places to eat). The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans. Everyone was comfortable and we definitely enjoyed our stay and use of the hot tub. The fireplace was super easy to use which isn't always the case in other houses. We will most definitely be back again.

We look forward to having you stay with us again in the future :) Property We enjoyed our stay at Lodgepole 9, worked very well for parking the large snowmobile trailer. The living and dining rooms were also good size and accommodating. The cons were: very small kitchen, only 1 shower upstairs, and the only access to the hot tub was through the master bathroom. This property would work for a single family but it is not conducive for more than that. The people at Cascara were great to work with and would not hesitate to rent through them again!

We look forward to seeing you again for your next Sunriver vacation! Property We love sunriver as we can be as lazy or as active as we feel like it. We mainly bike everywhere and give the car a break. Wonderful family time. This home offered close access to Sharc and the village while being in a relatively quiet spot. The back deck was covered and was perfect for coffee in the morning or dinner and games at night. The house clean, roomy, lots of seating and very comfortable. The only Amal downside was only one shower and no shower in the master. But we got over it and would stay here again.

"08/16/2018--updated_date-- Property From Air BnB--This house is in a great location just a short bike ride or drive to the Sunriver lodge or Sunriver Village. The house has plenty of room for up to 6 people comfortably, and potentially 8-9 if you are very close. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, appliances and real kitchen knives. The house does not have air conditioning, but is surrounded by trees and does have several large fans that help to keep the house very comfortable. It was a good value and we would definitely consider renting again.

This place is well supplied with comfy beds and plenty of cooking tools, videos, etc. nearly every day we saw deer, one morning eating in our front yard. Its conveniently located less than a one-mile walk from the village and just a five minute drive to SHARC. Checking in was easy and everything was clean and worked well. We loved the layout and quality of the stay experience and would recommend it to other families."

We look forward to seeing you again for your next Sunriver vacation! Property We love sunriver as we can be as lazy or as active as we feel like it. We mainly bike everywhere and give the car a break. Wonderful family time. This home offered close access to Sharc and the village while being in a relatively quiet spot. The back deck was covered and was perfect for coffee in the morning or dinner and games at night. The house clean, roomy, lots of seating and very comfortable. The only Amal downside was only one shower and no shower in the master. But we got over it and would stay here again.

"Property Manager We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. This house is very roomy for lots of people to be able to hang out inside and outside. We look forward to having you stay again. Property This house worked out great for my wife and our 3 kids. It was a little out date in some respects, but it was large and roomy. The large two bay garage and the deck space on both sides of the house provided shade for gathering depending on the day.

"Property Manager We are glad that you enjoyed your stay here with us. We look forward to having you stay with us again in the future :) Property We enjoyed our stay at Lodgepole 9, worked very well for parking the large snowmobile trailer. The living and dining rooms were also good size and accommodating. The cons were: very small kitchen, only 1 shower upstairs, and the only access to the hot tub was through the master bathroom. This property would work for a single family but it is not conducive for more than that. The people at Cascara were great to work with and would not hesitate to rent through them again!
