Description:
Located near the Sunriver Nature Center and Sunriver Stables, Lone Eagle Landing 2 is an upscale and luxurious vacation home. This contemporary, multi-level vacation home with vaulted ceilings and skylights creates an atmosphere of light, brightness, and airy. Bring the whole family as the home is kid-friendly with a pack n play and 2 toddler cots. It has a ping pong table in the garage along with bikes for the whole crew to get out and about and explore 30 plus miles of biking and walking trails. The home recently just added a new hot tub for this upcoming 2021 summer! There is a nearby parking spot and tie-downs for your airplane, located near the home, but not at the Sunriver Airport. For specific airport information please visit the Sunriver Airport website.

Upstairs Living:
This home has a fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy while watching a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV with surround sound or reading a book in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen with a gourmet stove, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including an oversized French door refrigerator, making this modernized kitchen perfect for any gathering.

Upstairs Primary Bedroom 1:
This home has two primary bedrooms, both of which are located upstairs. The first Master has a King-sized bed with a new mattress (September 2020) and a flat-screen TV.

Upstairs Primary Bedroom 2:
The second primary also has a King-sized with new mattress and furniture (September 2020) and a flat-screen TV.

Downstairs Living:
Second living space downstairs with Flatscreen TV and leather couches. There's a full bath off the living area also.

Downstairs Bedroom:
The third bedroom has a Full Bed with a new mattress (September 2020).

Garage and Laundry:
The Laundry Room is downstairs. The garage houses a Ping-Pong table and bikes.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

"Lone Eagle Landing 2 Wed, Sep 18 – Sun, Sep 22, 2024 Rating: 5/5 Private Home Excursion The home is tucked away past the Sunriver Stables and Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory. You know it's exclusive when you're not sharing the road with any cars. The home was very accommodating for my group of six friends. Each couple had their rooms with bathrooms nearby, so no one had to share. The space is ample, and we can spread out. The dining room table is massive enough to do a 1000-piece puzzle and serve dinner. A retractable awning provides great brunchtime shade. Access to the bike/walking path is accessible within the neighborhood. The best part of this home was the Cascara Team. I connected with them via text message, and they were ready to assist with my proposed "late-checkout" request. I will be booking this home again.

"Lone Eagle Landing 2 Thu, Feb 15 – Tue, Feb 20, 2024 Rating: 5/5 Annual Snowmobile Trip This is a beautiful property and perfect for a large family, or several couples. The only complaint that we had is that the downstairs bedroom is advertised as a queen bed. It is in fact a double bed, so it was a little tight for 2 people. [Since updated] Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay!

Our kids loved the little nook with all the games to play. It kept them entertained for hours! The home was very comfortable; though, downstairs we weren't quite sure if the thermostat worked that well because it was very cold down there. There were plenty of extra blankets and bedding to make it more comfortable though. We will be back! Bedding could have been better, especially in downstairs room. *RESPONSE* Thanks for your 5/5 review and feedback! During Covid, bedding has been a work in progress. We removed comforters for safety for a while and are now starting to re-implement them as we can sanitize them without removing them from the home. The owners did just replace all the bedding as well. We look forward to having you back!

Property My family and I booked this fabulous house for my sisters birthday. We live in Portland and wanted to go to Mount Bachelor for the weekend. My sister and I had a hard time choosing a house because they were all so nice, but this house was the one we chose. Upon arrival, we were all so pleased, and then we entered the house, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the house was and how kid friendly it was. We loved the house, the lay out, how it had everything you could possibly need. We packed everything, and when we arrived, we found out the house had everything but food. I mean EVERYTHING. We will be coming back, and this is the house we want to stay at, thanks who ever the owner is, they have a beautiful home.

Sounds like this year you got extra entertainment with getting to watch the helicopters, which is neat. No need to worry though the fire is out now :) Yes we all wish we could have access to the North Pool again. Maybe someday. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Property This is our 5th stay at this house; one each year. We very much enjoyed the improvements, especially in the kitchen. The house is well maintained and includes all the toys and extras our group of 6 enjoyed. This year we were here for the fire, only 2 miles away and watched the helicopters filling their buckets in the Deschutes River across the road. Would love to have access to the North Pool, or some pool with quieter ambience.

The house is spacious, light, clean and very comfortable -- plus the garage had a ping pong table and lots of space to load and unload our car and winter ski and snowshoe equipment. We enjoyed taking quiet walks by the river and stables nearby. Though you are in Sunriver, you have a feeling of being close to wilderness.

Home is well furnished and attractive. We have stayed here twice and would return. Although there were only two of us it would be a great place for 3-4 couples or a large family. Come back anytime :) Property This was our second stay in 2 Lone Eagle Landing and that in itself is a great recommendation. With so many vacation rental choices in Sunriver, to choose a specific home two years in a row speaks volumes. We are a group of four adults, two small children and one small dog. The two master bedrooms gives us private spaces with great separation. The well equipped kitchen is large enough for two cooks and the breakfast bar is a great place to set up appetizers and beverages which guarantees great conversation during meal prep. The large deck off the great room is fully enclosed for small children and dogs to play safely. But the best thing about this house is the location. A stone's throw from the river, easy access to the bike path, a view of the airport runway for little boys who love planes and within walking distance to the stables for little girls who love horses. It's a quick bike ride for the entire family to the village for ice cream and entertainment. Then, when the little ones are in bed and the stars are shining in the huge sky, the real reason we return to 2 Lone Eagle becomes is so quiet. We love this house and will, no doubt, return next summer.

"Property Manager So happy to hear your sister had a great birthday in Sunriver and that the house was fabulous and meet all your needs! We look forward to your next stay! Property My family and I booked this fabulous house for my sisters birthday. We live in Portland and wanted to go to Mount Bachelor for the weekend. My sister and I had a hard time choosing a house because they were all so nice, but this house was the one we chose. Upon arrival, we were all so pleased, and then we entered the house, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the house was and how kid friendly it was. We loved the house, the lay out, how it had everything you could possibly need. We packed everything, and when we arrived, we found out the house had everything but food. I mean EVERYTHING. We will be coming back, and this is the house we want to stay at, thanks who ever the owner is, they have a beautiful home.

"Property Manager We are so happy to hear the home was so well stocked and clean. Thanks for letting us know about the banister around the deck. No one has complained about it before so we will have it checked out!! Hope to see you again soon! Brand new Deck! Fall 2017! Property We had a fabulous time! The home was clean and well stocked. We had a couple of broken items and maintenance came and fixed them immediately. The only complaint we have is the outside deck banister is somewhat unstable, so weren't able to entertain out there.

"Property Manager We are so glad that you are able to enjoy this house year after year. Yes the improvements they made on the home are so wonderful! Sounds like this year you got extra entertainment with getting to watch the helicopters, which is neat. No need to worry though the fire is out now :) Yes we all wish we could have access to the North Pool again. Maybe someday. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Property This is our 5th stay at this house; one each year. We very much enjoyed the improvements, especially in the kitchen. The house is well maintained and includes all the toys and extras our group of 6 enjoyed. This year we were here for the fire, only 2 miles away and watched the helicopters filling their buckets in the Deschutes River across the road. Would love to have access to the North Pool, or some pool with quieter ambience.

"Property Manager Glad you enjoyed your stay at Lone Eagle Landing 2. It is in such a great location. You do get that close to wilderness feel because it is so secluded. We look forward to seeing you next time! Property We loved Lone Eagle Landing 2. The house is spacious, light, clean and very comfortable -- plus the garage had a ping pong table and lots of space to load and unload our car and winter ski and snowshoe equipment. We enjoyed taking quiet walks by the river and stables nearby. Though you are in Sunriver, you have a feeling of being close to wilderness.

"Property Very nice home. Location near SR airport and away from the main activities. We like the quiet setting and having the Deschutes River a few steps away. Home is well furnished and attractive. We have stayed here twice and would return. Although there were only two of us it would be a great place for 3-4 couples or a large family. Pet friendly a bonus! Overall a wonderful relaxing getaway home.

"Property Manager We're glad you enjoyed your stay! Come back anytime :) Property This was our second stay in 2 Lone Eagle Landing and that in itself is a great recommendation. With so many vacation rental choices in Sunriver, to choose a specific home two years in a row speaks volumes. We are a group of four adults, two small children and one small dog. The two master bedrooms gives us private spaces with great separation. The well equipped kitchen is large enough for two cooks and the breakfast bar is a great place to set up appetizers and beverages which guarantees great conversation during meal prep. The large deck off the great room is fully enclosed for small children and dogs to play safely. But the best thing about this house is the location. A stone's throw from the river, easy access to the bike path, a view of the airport runway for little boys who love planes and within walking distance to the stables for little girls who love horses. It's a quick bike ride for the entire family to the village for ice cream and entertainment. Then, when the little ones are in bed and the stars are shining in the huge sky, the real reason we return to 2 Lone Eagle becomes is so quiet. We love this house and will, no doubt, return next summer.
