Description:
This remarkable, reverse living, two-level home centrally located and just a short distance to Fort Rock Park this home is perfect for your vacation to Central Oregon. Sit out on the beautiful upper deck and enjoy the quiet natural setting. This home has all the comforts of a home away from home with a ping pong table, bikes, wood fireplace, private hot tub, BBQ, parking for 4 cars.  This open concept style Living room, Kitchen, and Dining room provide a nice open concept design for your family to interact and socialize with your family.

Level 1:
Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs. The first bedroom houses a Queen sized bed with a connection to the Jack & Jill bathroom that they share with the second bedroom downstairs which houses two sets of standard Bunk beds. Also downstairs is a Hangout room with a pull out sofa for sleeping 2 more, plus a couch

Level 2:
Upstairs there are two primary bedrooms, one primary has a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The second primary bedroom houses a Queen sized bed.

Kitchen: Also upstairs is the kitchen with new solid surface counters and a breakfast bar for three.

Living: The upstairs living area has a large flatscreen TV with cable. Two recliners and a couch and love seat for enjoying the wood burning fireplace. Upstairs Bedroom 1 is attached to a hall accessible bath off the living room.

Dining: Across from the kitchen is the Dining area with seating for 8.

Game Area: Just to the left around a corner is a game table/extra dining table with seating for four. Upstairs Bedroom 2 with an attached bath is off the game area.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests’ personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. "Mt Hood 13 Dec 26 – 29, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 This rental met our needs really well. We were bringing family together and enjoyed using the "breakfast nook" for our puzzle space, leaving the puzzle up for days to work on it. The downstairs bathroom shower made a good dog-washing station, though it didn't have a removable shower head (which would have been perfect). What wasn't mentioned in the amenities was that there is a drip coffee maker with a washable filter, a french press and an electric coffee mill so coffee needs are covered! The house shows a little age, but its very clean. We were able to cook a large holiday dinner in the kitchen, which was also important to us. And the location was pretty close to the Village, and the hiking trails, as well as SHARC, so we could walk, bike or drive as we liked. We enjoyed the Sharc passes and some Xplorie freebies, a nice bonus. The ping pong table was a hit, as was the hot tub. We liked the location, it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. I was impressed with Cascara, really can't think of how they could improve. "06/27/2014--updated_date-- Property House was large and had the perfect floor plan for our family of 12. House was clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Location of house was perfect, close to park. Would have been nice to have a couple more bikes, there were 3, we had to rent a few. Hot tub, pingpong table, bikes, kids had plenty to do.

The youngest in our group is 2, the oldest over 50-there is something for everyone here. The house worked well for our group. The BBQ is not a great one, but it worked. I did bring my own BBQ tools, which was a good choice. I would stay here again.

Feel free to always call us while you are here and we can take care of things for you. Property The house was very nice and a good location for biking to the SHARC and Village. They only had 3 bikes and they are not in very good shape, so we had to rent some. That was a little disappointing because we have never had to do that. TV in one room wouldn't work. Other than that it was great.

Property Manager 5 I was pleasantly surprised that the cleaning crew or Sunday supervisor immediately called us regarding a lost item they found for us. Great service! Property 4 This is a well-managed property where everything works. Comfortable for multiple families with small children. Good set up with various entertainment areas. Appreciate the loaner bikes. Only improvements would be more bowls in the kitchen. Also the house is a little dated and not very sound proof, but that goes along with its age.

Huge dining room table. Would stay here again with a crowd.

"Property Manager 5 I was pleasantly surprised that the cleaning crew or Sunday supervisor immediately called us regarding a lost item they found for us. Great service! Property 4 This is a well-managed property where everything works. Comfortable for multiple families with small children. Good set up with various entertainment areas. Appreciate the loaner bikes. Only improvements would be more bowls in the kitchen. Also the house is a little dated and not very sound proof, but that goes along with its age.

"Property Manager Thank you for sharing what a wonderful visit you had. We're glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. We look forward to your next visit. Property Wonderful property and quiet. The layout was perfect for our family get-together (+ some friends of my daughters as well). Coordination with the folks at Cascara was effortless. Property was just as described / pictured. Convenient to day trips along Cascade Lakes Hwy, Newberry Crater, and (bit longer) day trip to McKenzie Pass and Sisters. Thanks for a great stay.

Very well furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, space for he kids downstairs and nice deck overlooking the trees. "Property Manager Glad to hear you had a great time. I will have my maintenance crew look at the bikes and the TV. Feel free to always call us while you are here and we can take care of things for you. Property The house was very nice and a good location for biking to the SHARC and Village. They only had 3 bikes and they are not in very good shape, so we had to rent some. That was a little disappointing because we have never had to do that. TV in one room wouldn't work. Other than that it was great.

"Reviewed: Aug 6, 2014 Property Manager We're glad you enjoyed your stay :) Sunray Management Property We all had a wonderful time riding bikes, going to SHARK, floating the river and visiting various places in the area. The youngest in our group is 2, the oldest over 50-there is something for everyone here. The house worked well for our group. The BBQ is not a great one, but it worked. I did bring my own BBQ tools, which was a good choice. I would stay here again.

"Property House was large and had the perfect floor plan for our family of 12. House was clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Location of house was perfect, close to park. Would have been nice to have a couple more bikes, there were 3, we had to rent a few. Hot tub, pingpong table, bikes, kids had plenty to do.
