Description:
This charming two-story condo has a picturesque view of Mt. Bachelor and the Meadows Golf Course. You are sure to find a relaxing time at this delightful condo. Mt. View Lodge 35 is filled with floor to ceiling windows, picture windows, and skylights in the loft, letting you soak in all the sunshine. On the deck located off of the back of the home, you will find a BBQ to meet all of your grilling needs where you can then enjoy your outside meal on the patio with a large table and seating for all. You will find a fully stocked kitchen and a fun dining room table to seat everyone in the house. On those cold winter days or chilly high desert summer nights, you can warm up next to an inviting gas fireplace. Enjoy the 8 bikes that come with this condo, you’ll be sure to find something adventurous to do here!

Level 1:
The main level of this condo houses the living area, kitchen, dining, laundry, and two bedrooms. Upon entering, the mirrored closet on your right houses the full size stacked washer and dryer. Across the hall is the first downstairs bedroom with a Queen Bed, two nightstands, and flat screen TV. Next door is the downstairs 3/4 Bath with dual vanity and a beautifully tiled shower. On the left side of the hall is the second downstairs bedroom with a King Bed, two nightstands and a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck with a great view.

Down the last of the hall and on your right is the Kitchen and straight ahead the Dining and Living Areas. The kitchen has all new quartz counters, stainless appliances including a 5 burner gas stove with griddle int he center. A large Smart TV and new couch create a relaxing area with the gas fireplace and the dining table works for dinner and game time.

Level 2:
Upstairs and on the right is the third bedroom with King Bed, two nightstands and natural light with a wonderful view through the windows. Across the hall is the Upstairs 3/4 bath with a subway tiled shower. Around the corner is the loft with a bunk bed and a Smart TV for a hang out space. A fold out chair and an extra mattress are there as well.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill

The lawn out back was nice for the kids to kick a ball around and play frisbee. The mountain view was beautiful. Loved the selection of bicycles and the SHARC passes. Back porch and living room, overlook a Teebox on the golf course. Also plenty of grass in the backyard before the course to play on. House was clean and appliances were updated. The living room furniture and deck furniture is OK. Everything else is great. Very well stocked kitchen. Only comment would be - take your own pillows with you. None of us could use the pillows which seem to be original to the condo built in 1972! We went to Costco and bought pillows for our stay! That was the only glitch. View is exceptional!!! A 2 minute walk from SHARC if you're interested in using that facility. Such a handy location to the Lodge and the Village. We loved it.

Our favorite part was enjoying the sun either on the deck or on the grass while sipping a glass of wine and looking at the golf course and view of Mt. Bachelor. The availability of the bikes for our teenagers and easy access to the pool, trails and skiing made this an affordable week long stay.

Our Experience for our first rental with MT View 35 was Amazing. This special place had everything you good want when your away from home. We enjoyed our Great Views --- totally Amazing.. My husband said as more homes to choose he said it will be hard to top off this view for such a great price with all the amenities nearby.... Thank you and we will do this again...

The location is excellent, right on a bike path, near SHARC and the Village. The house is in a complex and the outside space has neighbors close. The house was generally in good shape, though The deck needs to be replaced and the A/C does not work well upstairs. And lastly, the cost is a bit high for what it is. If you're good with all that then this is a nice place.

I came down for the wine fest and I was staying in a hotel in Bend, and it was horrible. I ran into Cascara and they hooked me up. They put me in this adorable little condo, with AMAZING views and in walking distance to Sharc where I was working for the weekend. I now know to call Cascara when I need a place in Sunriver.
