Welcome to Oregon Loop 5! Situated on the north side of Sunriver, this two story, cabin-feel home has 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, Ping Pong and a Pool table, outdoor patio seating, and a wonderful open living space. Downstairs includes a Master King Bedroom with En-Suite, a separate den/guest room with a Queen hide-a-bed, and a guest Half Bath. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: A Primary with King and En Suite, a second with King and access to a shared Full-Bath, and a third with two sets of Bunk Beds.
Downstairs:
Upon entering the front door, there is a tiled entry with a coat closet and landing area for shoes. Immediately on the right, there is a Den that can be accessed through glass French doors. The space features a Queen-sized hide-a-bed leather couch, a flatscreen TV with a PlayStation 2, plus a mini-Pac-Man arcade and closet full of board games. Curtains can be closed across the doors for privacy.
A hallway on the right, beyond the office, leads you directly to a guest Half-Bath with a sink, toilet, and a step-stool.
Farther down the hallway is the spacious Primary Bedroom with a King bed and sliding glass door with access to the Hot Tub. This bedroom has a large En Suite with a double-sink vanity, jet bathtub, toilet and shower room, hair dryer & a walk-in closet with ample storage.
Adjacent to the Downstairs Primary Bedroom is the Laundry Room which also provides access to the Garage. The Laundry Room features a washer & dryer, supplied with detergent and dryer sheets, a sink, a coat hanger, and additional storage. The laundry room is also where the hot tub key & spa/pool towels can be found.
Upon entering the front door, the high ceilings immediately draw your eye to the large open-concept living area on the left. This common area features a massive stone-faced gas fireplace, leather couch, and loveseat plus two soft seated chairs. There is direct access to the back deck as well. To the right of the entrance is the den bedroom with a brand new Queen-size Hide a bed.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining table and kitchen. The area is surrounded by beautiful natural light coming in from windows and another sliding glass door. The dining table seats eight while three more can sit at the island. There are plenty of cupboards for storage and significant counter space for cooking and food prep. The kitchen wraps back around to the entry hall with easy access to the Laundry Room.
The Garage can be accessed through the Laundry Room. In the garage are a Pool table with all the accessories, a Ping-Pong table with paddles and balls, a dart board and adult sized bikes. Kids bikes and tag-a-longs, as well as additional helmets may be rented in Sunriver village. There is no parking in the Garage and the third bay is Owner Storage.
Upstairs:
The upstairs consists of 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The first bedroom is an upstairs Primary with a King bed, En-Suite with a double vanity, walk-in closet, shower, toilet & hair dryer. Farther down the hall is a second bedroom with a King bed. The third bedroom is a spacious room with two bunk beds (4 twin beds) The bunk bedroom and the second bedroom share a full bath that features a double vanity, toilet, a shower/tub combination, and hairdryer.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes for 2023 which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests’ personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.
Pet Policy
This home does not allow pets and no exceptions will be made. Guests found with pets or evidence thereof may be fined or asked to leave.
After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity’s sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
