Description:
This is a great house for bringing the whole family-Grandparents, Moms & Dads, Kids, nieces & nephews, or just a bunch of girlfriends. Even the dog can come on vacation. How cool is that! Everything from watching a movie or two (yep, even two at a time) on the big TVs or sit in the gaming chair and play your video games. Unless you prefer competitive Foosball. The choices are yours and not everyone has to make the same choice! Plenty of things to do and different rooms to do them in.
The house is well suited for multi-families or multi-generations. Bring friends, bring Gran & Gramps, hey-even bring people you don't like-you'll like them better after staying here!

This home was recently remodeled. The décor is Frank Lloyd Wright meets the Cascades. Wood and warm tones are throughout the house. The stonework on the front of the house is echoed in the tile downstairs. This is an easy house to enjoy. Calm, clean but not fussy. When remodeling this home my main goal was, that if in 20 years from now someone said 'my family had this get together when I was a kid and we had so much fun then it was all worth it! I want families and friends to spend time together, enjoying each other's company.

The house was designed for multi-generations or multi-families. It has plenty of room for family gatherings but also has enough privacy for some personal quiet time. The downstairs is more formal and the upstairs is where the action is. Foosball, big TV, gaming chair, mini kitchen, you may not go downstairs for a week, well maybe to jump in the hot tub!

The wrap-around deck has plenty of room for outdoor parties or just reading a book in the sun.
The upstairs has been designed and furnished for the young and young at heart, with Foosball, flat-screen TV, and even a wet bar with microwave and mini-refrigerator. You may not see them till you leave!

The downstairs is more formal with a flat-screen TV with surround sound for your viewing pleasure. The whole family can fit at the dining table which can seat 12. The kitchen is fully stocked. A bar area is ready for your aperitifs or just sodas. The downstairs is wheelchair accessible with a small ramp over the step up to the living room. The wet bar area is wheelchair-friendly with a sink and mini-refrigerator.

The master bath is large and open. The tub is just right for a relaxing soak after a long day of fun. The doors are 36' wide, the shower has a low threshold and there is a grab bar near the commode. One of the vanities has a place to sit while getting ready for the day.

This house sleeps 12. The owner, property managers, Sunriver HOA, and the neighbors are very strict on this. No Parking On The Street or RV Parking in Sunriver. The home has a 2 car garage and can fit up to 4 more in the driveway.

Mt. Bachelor is an easy 25-mile drive from our door. Or you can Nordic ski right here on the bike paths. For summertime fun, there are at least 2 adult bikes. Golf is available at both of our championship courses.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home does NOT include Recreation Plus Passes. You can still gain access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf via pay at the gate. Check the SHARC website for full details: https://www.sunriversharc.com

The host was amazing, we were struggling with how to turn on the showers (pull the knobs OUT, then adjust temp ‍♀️) and they sent maintenance out really quickly to show us. "Sun, Jan 15 – Thu, Jan 19, 2023 Rating 5/5 Perfect family ski vacation home Provided everything we needed with great access to Batchelor. Using the hot tub after a day skiing, having the snow falling at the same time was wonderful. Lots of space for my twin girls to crawl about safely. And can I just say how much we all appreciated that the house has all outlet safety protectors everywhere to stop little fingers going where they shouldn't. Thank you!
