Description:
Unique and delightful, this very spacious 4-level home has vaulted ceilings and natural wood accents throughout the house, floor to ceiling, it is the classic style of Sunriver vacation home. This home has a lot of open and bright spaces making it perfect for your retreat from the modern world! Poplar 35 has a mix of updated amenities and features such as stainless steel appliances but has retained its integrity as a classically styled Sunriver vacation home. The main floor has the living and dining areas on it. as well as the kitchen, breakfast nook, the sunroom, and a bathroom. For your outdoor entertainment, you will find a gas BBQ and a large deck. You will also find a delightful attached sunroom to kick back, relax, and soak in some sunshine.

Level 1:
You'll enter the home via a solarium with outdoor style furniture to enjoy some sun without being outside. The main floor has a large open living area with fireplace and dining plus the kitchen, a 3/4 hall bath and large bedroom with King bed. From just past the kitchen, you can head downstairs to the basement.

Basement Level:
This is a full entrainment area with pool table, a full-on bar (beverages not provided), a comfy sectional, Flatscreen TV and even a wine room (again, beverages not provided).

Upstairs:
The majority of the bedrooms are on this floor. The first has a King bed and attached 3/4 En Suite with double vanity. The second bedroom also has a King bed. Bedroom 3 on the second floor has a Queen bed and the last bedroom has a Queen and two Twin beds.

Loft:
The loft is accessed up a ladder and has a Double bed and two twins in it.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

Plenty of space, lots to do, and definitely gave us a cozy cabin feel. It was in better shape than most rentals. The outside shaded deck area was nice. The basement was a great area for kids to hang out. I would express two limitations. The loft is not very usable. It gets hot and the noise travels up there from the first floor. The kitchen is a touch small and the traffic patterns seem to congregate everyone in front of the refrigerator. Sunray was very easy to work with. So I would recommend the house but don't try to jam too many people in to it. Ten adults and a few kids is the most you want to do.

The house is huge and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and feel like they weren't walking on top of someone the entire time. The house was clean and there were ample kitchen supplies and various spices available. We all agreed we would stay here again.

The weather cooperated with snow on the night we arrived and sunny skies the rest of the week. Cascara was good to work with, responding to our needs. The hot tub was not working when we arrived and they sent a repair man to fix it and one day later everything worked. Poplar 35 has plenty of room for a large family spread out over 4 floors. Well equipped kitchen. Rather chopped up floor plan with uneven heat on cold days.

We really enjoyed having it to house our family and do family activities in. The large family room downstairs was the perfect gathering place . It is close to Ft. Rock Park, where we spent a lot of time. A great place to vacation. We needed a crock pot and some fans, and the staff was very good to get those items to us promptly.

I rented on Poplar Lane for a golf outing involving 19 guys. Six of us stayed in this house. It was used as a central gathering spot for the entire group due to its large size and nice downstairs rec room that included pool and foosball tables, big screen TV and bar.

The group of 12 consisted of my family of 5, my brother's family of 5, and our parents. The house is a nice size for that group and has plenty of bedrooms and sleeping areas to accommodate our party.The house has a funky layout spread out over 4 separate floors, including the basement and a loft. The kids especially liked the loft. The downstairs lower level is a great game area with a foosball table, pool table, and large tv.We ran into a few issues during our stay that I think could be rectified with some maintenance on the home. The toilets didn't always flush well and the kitchen sink leaked. Additionally, some of the carpet in the bedrooms and lofts had crusty spots or was worn through and needs to be replaced.When we first arrived the temperatures in Sunriver were over 90 degrees and the air conditioning in the house wasn't running. The house was over 80 degrees when we arrived and it made sleeping the first night difficult since it is a challenge to cool such a large house.My only other concern is the responsiveness of the management company. When we got home my son couldn't find his stuffed animal. My wife emailed the property manager to see if it was left behind and didn't hear back from them.

We took our family to sunriver for Thanksgiving! Youngest was 2 months oldest 83! Plenty of room for everyone and great communication with property management! House could definitely use some upgrades, but overall we had a great time!

It looks big in the listing but it took us all by surprise. The hot tub was the only thing we had an issue with, some of the buttons dont work, but it gets the job done. Everything was clean and there are plenty of places to spread out and relax! This neighborhood has a noise ordinance effective at 10 pm that is strictly enforced so just be aware. The driveway easily fit our 5 cars, and the kitchen has every appliance you could need! We will be coming back next year!

"I rented on Poplar Lane for a golf outing involving 19 guys. Six of us stayed in this house. It was used as a central gathering spot for the entire group due to its large size and nice downstairs rec room that included pool and foosball tables, big screen TV and bar.

"We really enjoyed having it to house our family and do family activities in. The large family room downstairs was the perfect gathering place . It is close to Ft. Rock Park, where we spent a lot of time. A great place to vacation. We needed a crock pot and some fans, and the staff was very good to get those items to us promptly.

"The weather cooperated with snow on the night we arrived and sunny skies the rest of the week. Cascara was good to work with, responding to our needs. The hot tub was not working when we arrived and they sent a repair man to fix it and one day later everything worked. Poplar 35 has plenty of room for a large family spread out over 4 floors. Well equipped kitchen. Rather chopped up floor plan with uneven heat on cold days.

"It was in better shape than most rentals. The outside shaded deck area was nice. The basement was a great area for kids to hang out. I would express two limitations. The loft is not very usable. It gets hot and the noise travels up there from the first floor. The kitchen is a touch small and the traffic patterns seem to congregate everyone in front of the refrigerator. Sunray was very easy to work with. So I would recommend the house but don't try to jam too many people in to it. Ten adults and a few kids is the most you want to do.
