Description:
Wonderful home with a Split-Level style floor plan, centrally located making it easy to get anywhere you want to go. This home has the classic Sunriver flavor, including a stone fireplace (firewood is stored in the garage), vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, and a wall of windows. The big windows and skylights make the living area bright even on a wintery day. The upper level has an open, well-equipped Kitchen and Dining room. The home is nicely decorated with canvas prints of Oregon sceneries and other art throughout that make you want to explore the outdoors. Relax in the hot tub on the side deck after a day of hiking or skiing in the close-by mountains, golfing, hanging out at the SHARC pool or floating down the Deschutes. While you are using the gas BBQ to grill your favorite foods or just soaking up some rays, use the sunny deck off the living room with seating for the whole family!

Upstairs Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also a small desk for remote work.

Downstairs Bedroom 1:
This bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin daybed, which can be used for sitting or sleeping

Downstairs Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. There is a small laptop work space.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

Great for a family visit

The master bedroom was fabulous and the other two bedrooms met our needs. My favorite part was the fabulous deck with such comfortable furniture. Would love to find a house just like this a little closer to Sunriver Village.

I was especially impressed that the kitchen was well equipped with every tool imaginable. I also appreciated there were ample supplies paper products etc. We found a number of river related activities and good restaurants nearby. During down time we enjoyed visiting wildlife from the spacious deck. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sunriver! It would have been nice to have bikes included and the a/c went out but on the bright side the management team was right on it and it got fixed. Sharc passes we're used everyday and the home is equipped with everything you need. Open concept upstairs and patio are a great place to entertain and watch wildlife.

The home is in a perfect location for our family. We owned a home on Mugho and are very familiar with this area. The home was clean, comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen. No time for the hot tub but we did appreciate being able to bring our beautiful Golden with us. Thanks again!

This lovely home was better equipped than any other place I've ever stayed. They had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. Interior was pleasantly decorated, lots of light coming in, nice big deck, good bedrooms for 3 couples, and a convenient location. Felt like visiting good friends or relatives....Cascara was very helpful and professional in all my encounters as they have been over the years, previously as Sun Ray as well.

I've rented with Cascara (previously Sunray) several times in the past. Every house rental has been more than satisfactory. The house was clean, everything used worked, plenty of space, large bedrooms, great master bathroom and shower. Spent most of the daytime on bike or hiking, so didn't get the chance to utilize everything the house had to offer. A couple of very minor suggestions: 1) A few more games, puzzles, etc for families. 2) Some plastic storage containers for leftover food. Would also recommend bringing personal bikes for those wanting to do longer rides.

Lots of room and great place to entertain. There were two groups of us and we had everyone over for brunch one morning and dinner a different day. Enough room for people to sit at the table, bar and outside. Spent lots of time on the deck, soaking in the quite and watching the passing deer. Good location with nice bike ride to the village or the SHARC.

The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes as was the fireplace and comfortable living room furniture. Great floor plan/layout and open common space to socialize. Beds were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

"nice rental, large upper deck with nice furniture, accessible garage, open kitchen and dining and family room. upstairs master, kids rooms x2 downstairs. one downside - we prefer to be closer to SHARC and village for biking, just our preference

"Lots of room and great place to entertain. There were two groups of us and we had everyone over for brunch one morning and dinner a different day. Enough room for people to sit at the table, bar and outside. Spent lots of time on the deck, soaking in the quite and watching the passing deer. Good location with nice bike ride to the village or the SHARC.

"I've rented with Cascara (previously Sunray) several times in the past. Every house rental has been more than satisfactory. The house was clean, everything used worked, plenty of space, large bedrooms, great master bathroom and shower. Spent most of the daytime on bike or hiking, so didn't get the chance to utilize everything the house had to offer. A couple of very minor suggestions: 1) A few more games, puzzles, etc for families. 2) Some plastic storage containers for leftover food. Would also recommend bringing personal bikes for those wanting to do longer rides.

"This lovely home was better equipped than any other place I've ever stayed. They had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. Interior was pleasantly decorated, lots of light coming in, nice big deck, good bedrooms for 3 couples, and a convenient location. Felt like visiting good friends or relatives....Cascara was very helpful and professional in all my encounters as they have been over the years, previously as Sun Ray as well.

"We enjoyed the hot tub, nice kitchen, beautiful master suite and comfortable couches. We enjoyed meals indoors and out thanks to the patio table. The outdoor deck was beautiful, too, and we appreciated the lack of neighbors out the backyard, except the deer were welcome guests!

"The home is in a perfect location for our family. We owned a home on Mugho and are very familiar with this area. The home was clean, comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen. No time for the hot tub but we did appreciate being able to bring our beautiful Golden with us. Thanks again!
