Not only does this home offer great comfort and space with gorgeous views of the golf course, but it also offers WiFi, your own private hot tub, and an over-sized garage with a pool table and a Foosball table for your family’s entertainment. With so much to offer, this is the perfect home for you and your family’s next vacation in Sunriver!

Most rooms include both flat screens and cable TV for watching your favorite programs.

Downstairs:
On the lower level of this beautiful home is where you will find the other four bedrooms including two primary suites with attached baths, one with a Queen bed and a bedroom with two bunkbeds for four.

Upstairs:
Bedroom: The main Primary bedroom with a comfortable King bed for two and a large attached bathroom.

Living:
The Living room has a large flat-screen TV and DVD player with a gas fireplace great for relaxing inside while the vaulted ceilings and picturesque window views give you a sense of peace and serenity

Kitchen:
The open concept kitchen that opens up to the Dining area and Living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything needed for the cooks and foodies of the family.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

The house was a perfect place to come back to and relax. The 6 kids ages 6-10 enjoyed the hot tub, deck and bunk room. It was a perfect place for our group of 12! We had a wonderful time. "Fri, Dec 23 – Tue, Dec 27, 2022 Rating: 5/5 Another great Christmas at Tokatee #15 We stayed at this property 2 years ago and still live the large kitchen, dining, living room. House has 5 bedroom and bathroom and many houses can claim the sleeping space but don't have enough living space, or utensils, dishes etc this one does. Right off the 8th fairway of Woodlands course, lots of parking.

Easy, efficient communication with hosts. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials plus - easy to make big meals. Quick access to walking trails. Lots of parking. Quiet neighborhood. We had three families with four small children between us, we would note that because the floor plan is flipped (bedrooms on first floor) at times we could hear quite clearly people walking upstairs and that made naps somewhat challenging (even with sound machines). Overall a great experience and wed love to stay here again!

The house was beautiful and big enough for our families to all stay together. Kids got to play at the playground and ride the train in the village. Husband golfed. The hot tub was not working but that was ok. We got to spend a lot of time with the grandkids and it was so much fun.

We had a family reunion, 11 of us stayed at this property and this is where the whole group had meals and gathered for family time. What a beautiful home! Location is great, the upstairs was spacious for all 19 of us to enjoy our time together and cook.. House was very clean and we had everything we needed during our trip. My questions were addresses immediately. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we were looking for being so far away from home. Would absolutely recommend this home!
