Description:
This beautiful A-frame cabin style home sits on a spacious lot on Sunriver’s south end near the main entrance and The Village at Sunriver. The garage has a game room with a pool table and poker table. On the main level, there is an open concept Kitchen and Dining room. There is both a Living room and separate Family room with a flat-screen TV in the Living room and TV in the Family room. Both rooms have DVD players.

Level 1:
The primary bedroom has a King.

The second bedroom downstairs houses a Queen.

Level 2:
The final bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed.

In the Loft, there are three Twin sized beds.

Recreation Access: This home does not include Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf and the Winter Sledding Hill at their own cost, pay at the gate. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.

I had to get work done while on my visit and internet was great, hot tub was nice in the mornings when the weather was cool outside. Loved having a home with air conditioning after my last stay was in a home without. Whenever we needed anything, it was handled quickly. Thank you and will be back. Beautiful and well-appointed house

"Trapper 11 Dec 28, 2023 – Jan 2, 2024 Overall rating 5/5 Beautiful and well-appointed house on a pleasant quiet loop in the woods. Loads of space for the family to spread out. This house was unexpectedly young child friendly with buckets of toys, tons of board games, a pool table, chess table, multiple TVs, and a stock of plastics cups/plates. The hot tub was a very welcome way to unwind after a long day on the mountain. There are a couple of restaurants very close by (Subway and a burger place) but the Village was a fair walk or drive away (about 15 minute power walk or 3/4 mile drive). The hosts were excellent at reaching out and the instructions regarding the house and processes were easy and detailed. We would definitively stay here again on our next Sunriver excursion. "Trapper 11 Fri, Aug 18 – Mon, Aug 21, 2023 Rating: 4/5 Enjoyable stay Our second trip to this property was just as good as the first. Teenage grandson's enjoyed the pool table and having their own space. I love the location for riding our bikes and going to the mall.

It's a great home for a couple of families with kids because they enjoy the loft and the room with 3 beds. A lot has been packed into this house, so don't let the A frame fool you. New granite counters were nice. Hot tub and 2 decks made it easy to relax. Loved the large table for eating, doing puzzles, and playing games. The bikes were much appreciated. We had a great time. Thank you.
