Description:
This four-bedroom home has a stacked stone gas fireplace in the living room and a state-of-the-art 65" TV with a soundbar. The home has 5 TVs. The marble and wood accents throughout the Dining room and Kitchen give you the rustic, forest feel, that you want when you come to Sunriver to get away. But with all the updated amenities that you actually need to enjoy your home away from home. Out in the garage, you will find parking and 10 bikes that will get you out and about on the 40 miles of trails in Sunriver.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is the primary bedroom, which houses a King size bed with a full bath, Jacuzzi tub, and dual-head shower.

Bedroom 2:
The second primary bedroom houses a King size bed.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom houses a Queen size bed.

Bedroom 4:
The fourth bedroom houses a Pyramid style Bunk bed.

This home will sleep a 10th person on an auto-inflate air mattress.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

Pet Policy
This home does allow pets! Cascara has a pet fee of $20 a night, per pet.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Security Cameras

"Wed, Feb 8 – Sun, Feb 12, 2023 Rating: 4/5 Beautiful house The central living space of this house was big and open. Everyone could sit at the kitchen bar to watch meals get cooked and keep the chef company. The kitchen supplies lacked a little but it was a house full of foodies. There were plenty of dishes and a coffee maker. There was lots of furniture to lounge on in the living room and great vaulted ceilings with rough beams to make you feel like you're in a fancy cabin. The master suite was big and airy with a huge bathroom including a jetted tub. The hot tub was awesome! It can hold several people comfortably.

Family Gathering

"Sun, Aug 28 – Sat, Sep 3, 2022 VRBO 5/5 Family Gathering We enjoyed our stay in this home. It is located in the northern area of Sunriver which is quieter and less busy than areas near the village. Added bonus, the neighbors were very friendly and many are full-time residents. The home is well laid out and has the basic essentials. Could use some additional kitchen basics but we were able to make due with what was supplied. The only note is that the bunk bed is a bit noisy. We had an adult sleeping on the bottom a d a child on top. Not really a problem, just something to consider. There were plenty of bicycles and helmets for a variety of ages. Cascara property management was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

We bring our three boys who are 16,18 & 21. They all look forward to it every year. The home located at Verdin 6 was one of the best homes we stayed at. It was clean, well stocked with all the necessities and in a great location for our family. We don't like to be close to the village as we love the bike ride in. We would definitely rent it again.

Wonderful experience staying at Verdin 6 and dealing with the staff at Cascara. Very clean property and hassle free. The hot tub stopped working but one phone call had the issue resolved and working again during a holiday weekend in a couple hours. Verdin 6 is a beautiful property with updated appliances and electronics.

From Airbnb: This house is quite beautiful. It is a little pricier than other places we looked at in Sunriver but I think thats based on the two masters having king beds, high end TVs in the living and masters, and hot tub. Location: If youre staying with small kids and want to be able to bike, this is quite far from the Village and Sharc. If all older kids (or adults) its about a 15-20 min bike ride to the Village area. The location is great for quietness and the hot tub is very nice. House amenities: The house was clean on arrival and very well appointed. I always wonder about kitchen details. We found a blender, waffle maker, variety of glass baking dishes and metal sheet pans. Everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again but would probably wait until our kids are a little older so that the bike rides were a better match to their abilities and stamina.

We rented this home for a week with our multigenerational group. It is a fabulous one level house with everything you could possibly need. Great neighborhood within about a mile of the river. The bikes were even in great shape which is not the case with all rentals. We were so impressed with the communication with the property managers. They were so thoughtful about everything.
