Description:
Your search is over for your retreat from the modern world! You will enjoy the spacious and airy feeling with the vaulted, wood-paneled ceilings provide. Want to explore Sunriver? This home provides multiple bikes for the whole family. Plenty of parking for all plus room for one car in the garage.

Level 1: Downstairs
The first bedroom downstairs houses a Queen sized bed.

The second bedroom downstairs has two sets of standard Twin beds.

Level 2: Upstairs
Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a King-sized bed.

The sofa in the living area is a Sleeper sofa.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

"White Elm 29 Fri, Aug 2 – Tue, Aug 6, 2024 Rating: 5/5 Clean, quiet and cozy Clean, quiet and cozy, what more could you ask for? Large driveway with plenty of garage space. 8 bikes, 6 of which were adult sized. Easy riding distance from Fort Rock park. Fully stocked kitchen and a large deck which our dog loved. The house was very clean including the hot tub. We would book again for sure.

Great Pet-Friendly Sunriver Home

While it might not be the most "up to date" property in Sunriver, it was clean, well appointed, and a great place to spend a week. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, and there were plenty of bikes to use (although it was snowing during our visit so we didn't use them.) The only negatives we experienced were the hot tub was a little low on water, and there was some evidence of dogs (ahem) on the patio deck left by the previous occupants. It was snowy when we were there so it could have easily been missed by the cleaning stafff. Other than that, we loved the place and would not hesitate to return again in the future.

Wonderful stay and nice home

"Thu, Jan 5 – Sun, Jan 8, 2023 HomeAway 4/5 Great time! Wonderful stay and nice home that was well appointed, light and airy. Comfortable living area. Needed to ask for more coffee filters as we only had 2 left at the home and 3 mornings to go. The location is great. Hot tub was lovely and we even had a bit of snow fall when we were sitting in it after a day of snowshoeing. Cascara was great to deal with. Would recommend.

The family emphasis so obvious in Sunriver's approach to visitors is simply icing on the cake. We had a great time, and we all found specific opportunities for play and relaxation that fit us perfectly. And having the many possibilities for fun that nearby Bend, OR provides was an added benefit. The White Elm property we used fit our needs and could best be described as comfortable. We had a family reunion of 41 people. The location of White Elm 29 was only 400 ft away from two other houses we had rented. It was very adequately furnished and everything was great except the two twin beds in the downstairs bedroom. They were not only soft but VERY noisy every time you moved. These two beds should definitely be replaced. When that is done, i'd highly recommend the house!

From Airbnb: The house was nicely situated a little bit away from busy resort spots, making for a peaceful location. The house easily accommodates 6 and allows for group to do multiple things at the same time. The SHARC passes were great as were the bikes. It would be good to have 6 adult bikes on hand for groups without young children. We loved biking whenever possible. There is much to do without driving out of the park.
