This home has a security camera above the front door showing the driveway and one on the back deck showing the patio area. No audio is recorded.

Description:
Luxury experience centrally located between Circles 4 and 5. This majestic 6 bedroom, 7 baths, 4,143 sq ft home was built in 2007 and is decked out top to bottom.

Walk into the upstairs which houses the Main Kitchen, Living Room #1, an upper deck with grill, and the first of 6 bedrooms along with the garage and attached game room. Downstairs has 5 more bedrooms, a second living area, a second mini-kitchen, a large deck, and a hot tub. Fantastic for multiple families with two washers and two dryers, three dishwashers, two ovens, and two living areas.

Level 1, Upstairs:
Kitchen: The kitchen is covered in granite tile. It has a massive stainless steel sub-zero Electrolux refrigerator/freezer, a six-burner Electrolutz gas stovetop, a double Electrolux oven, a Frigidaire microwave, and a Magic Chef wine fridge. On top of that, there are two Bosch dishwashers; one near the sink and one on the island. The island seats 4 as well. There is also a half bath.

Dining:
The dining table is a massive 12 foot, gorgeous wood table with 5 seats on one side, one on each end, and two benches on the other side.

Living:
Behind the dining area is the upstairs Living space with a rock-faced gas fireplace, large Smart TV with cable, a 3D Blu-Ray player, and Sound Bar, viewable from the leather sofa with a chaise. Off the Living area is the upstairs deck with Stainless Steel, 3-Burner Weber BBQ gas grill, and two outdoor dining tables.

Bedroom #1:
The only upstairs bedroom is a true suite with King Bed, a Smart TV with DVD player. Adjoining the bedroom is a large sitting area with its own Samsung Flatscreen with cable and a balcony with seating for two. Also adjoined to the bedroom is the En Suite with a tile shower with two heads and dual sink vanity.

Level 2, Downstairs:
Kitchen:
Downstairs has its own mini-kitchen with an Apartment style refrigerator, microwave, and sink with plenty of counter space and storage plus a dining table.

Living:
The downstairs living area has a rock face gas fireplace, large LG Smart TV with 4K/Blu-ray/DVD player, Sound Bar, and cable. Sliding doors lead out to the deck with access to the Hot Tub. Off the Living area are two more bedrooms.

Downstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom #2: At the foot of the stairs is a bedroom with a Kingside Log bed, an LG Smart TV, and cable. The En Suite has a tiled shower and double vanity.
Bedroom #3: A King Bed, TCL Roku TV with DVD. The En Suite has a tiled shower and sink.
Bedroom #4: A Queen Bed with En Suite with tiled shower and sink. There's also a sliding glass door that leads out to the Hot Tub.
Bedroom #5: Two Pyramid Bunks with an RCA Roku TV and DVD. The En Suite has a Shower/Tub combo and sink.
Bedroom #6: The final bedroom has a King Bed, an LG Smart TV and DVD. The En Suite has a tiled shower and double vanity.

Recreation Access:
This home includes 14 Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, and the Winter Sledding Hill with these passes. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.

Laundry:
Two full-sized washers and two full-sized dryers can take care of everyone's clothes.

Garage:
The main garage houses bikes and other sporting gear. The second garage has been converted to a game room with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and Shuffleboard along with a large LG Smart TV.

Pet Policy:
This home does not allow pets and no exceptions will be made. Pets found on-premises will be grounds for breach of contract and removal of home without refund.

"Yellow Pine 32 Sep 12 – 16, 2024 Overall rating 5/5 Our host was quick to respond about one major concern - fires in the area. Gratefully, the skies cleared and we were able to enjoy an amazing reunion of 9 siblings and their spouses who came from 5 states. The living area was wonderful and the table accommodated ALL of us, something that only happened 60-70 years ago when we were growing up. The bedrooms with their individual bathrooms was a plus, seeing as it takes much longer to get ready for the day. Having 2 gathering areas worked well for us as some watched tv and some played games. The accessibility to the walking trails was great. We also ventured out and explored the myriad of things to do in the region. Coming back "home" at the end of the day was a treat. This home gave us the perfect opportunity to reconnect and share memories. In the future this will be one we look back on with fondness. Thank you for having us. The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the large fridge/freezer! The dining table was spacious enough to allow us to all eat together and was perfect for board games. It had a great layout for a big group of people, was well stocked with everything you would need and had all the small touches that make your vacation easier. It has two washers and dryers and giant fridges which came in very handy! Check in and out was a breeze and Cascara was easy to communicate with. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. "Yellow Pine 32 Mar 2 – 5, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 Our group of 11 adults, plus two little, had a fantastic time! There was enough space for all of us to gather and eat, without feeling cramped. And lots for us to do between the hot tub and game room, and Sunriver in general. The home is absolutely beautiful and is set up to entertain! There was plenty of cookware, dishes, etc for all of us without having to run the dishwasher(s) after each meal. The kitchen fridge is HUGE, allowing for all our Costco food to fit. The rooms were large and spacious enough to have all of our gear (regular clothes and snow gear) in the room with a pack n play for the littles. This house was perfect in every way

"This house was perfect in every way for a large group of family and friends. Bedding and towels were high quality. Beds were super comfortable. Each bedroom with adjoining bathroom was lovely. The kitchen was furnished with every appliance you could ever need. It was huge and great to work in with multiple cooks. Having 2 dishwashers and double ovens was amazing. The hot tub was extra large. Our family LOVES this beautiful home. We used the SHARC passes which was a blast for all ages. This home was perfect, even to the Christmas decor that was left up for us to enjoy post Christmas. The game room with Air hockey, ping pong and shuffle board table made for some intense competition. Fun 5 days complete with sledding! Thank you!

Family reunion in Sunriver

"06/30/2022--updated_date-- I have stayed at several rentals in Sunriver over the past 6 years and this was by far the best home yet! Everyone had their own room with bathroom with room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of fridge/freezer space, ovens to cook large meals, and dishes and dishwashers to clean up. The grill was great, game room fun, and hot tub relaxing. Although it was still cold on arrival and didnt get to temp until the next day. For the other families with us, it was their first time to Sunriver and despite the rain they said they loved it and will come back. Mostly because the home was so nice!

"I have stayed at several rentals in Sunriver over the past 6 years and this was by far the best home yet! Everyone had their own room with bathroom with room to spread out. Although it was still cold on arrival and didnt get to temp until the next day. For the other families with us, it was their first time to Sunriver and despite the rain they said they loved it and will come back. Mostly because the home was so nice!
